An infant with generalized swelling
1
An 11 month old infant weighing 10 kg presents to the emergency room with generalized edema after development of an upper respiratory tract infection. Blood work shows a serum albumin of 15 g/L, cholesterol of 9.2 mmol/L. What would you expect the lowest urinary protein level to be if you could collect a 24 hour urine?
